Flawlessly manicured lawns, quaint bridges spanning gurgling streams and tumbling rapids, silhouettes of the decorative voyager palm and a plethora of indigenous flora, the peaceful panorama of the mountain range and undulating landscape…

Welcome to the world of Avalon…

Avalon Golf Estate is a high-class residential morcellement consisting of more than 425 plots of residential land on an 18-hole championship golf course in Mauritius, designed by renowned South-African course designer, Peter Matkovich.

Between Bois Cheri and Bois Sec, Avalon was born at the heart of a nature reserve, surrounded by ravines, mountains and vales. Bordering the tea plantation in the south of Mauritius and covering some 544 acres, the estate includes 5 rivers, a well laid out road network, residential areas and a superb Country Club with a breathtaking view of the Southern coastline. The entrance to the estate will be fully secured with around the clock surveillance and patrols. The concept is to create a peaceful haven far enough from urban life, yet with easy access to the principal business centres of the island.

The plot area varies between 1,800 to 4,500 m2 and each is ideally located so as to enable each owner to make the most of the natural beauty of the estate with a perspective on the golf course. Owners will have a choice of six different villas to choose from the two appointed architect firms.

Other than the 325 plots which are to be sold exclusively to Mauritians, Avalon will also include some 100 RES and/or PDS residences (Real Estate Scheme and/or Property Development Scheme). An opportunity for non-Mauritians to own a villa on the boundary of a golf course and in the midst of lush vegetation of the South West while enjoying tranquility and country living.
